CORTOJAL 2024

CORTOJAL 2024 is a short film competition organized by Expo Guadalajara and Imaginary Spirit Films, calling on young creators interested in producing a short film to compete in CORTOJAL 2024.

The theme will focus on promoting the richness and tourism development of Jalisco, so participants must base their projects on this theme, generating stories based on the state’s tourist attractions, considering the “pueblos mágicos” (magical towns) and their traditions.

The call for submissions opens on September 27 and closes on November 12. The award ceremony will take place on Friday, November 22, at 16:00 hrs, in the Cinema Room, Creative Industries Sector.
