Short Film Competition: CORTOJAL2024
Thursday 21 from 10:00 to 16:00 hrs
- CORTOJAL 2024, is a short film contest organized by Expo Guadalajara and Imaginary Spirit Films, and calls for young creators interested in producing a short to compete in CORTOJAL 2024.
- The theme will be focused on promoting the wealth and tourism development of Jalisco, so participants must carry out their projects adhering to the aforementioned theme, that is, generate stories based on tourist aspects of our state, considering the magical towns and their traditions.

1ST JALISCO INDEPENDENT FILM SHOW “EXPO FILM”

- It is a film exhibition that takes place within the framework of Expo FEINJAL from November 19 to 22, 2024 in Guadalajara. It includes the presentation of 6 films produced in Jalisco in recent years, and which have stood out for having participated in national and international film festivals, obtaining awards in different categories, as well as films that were in movie theaters or on digital platforms. In this exhibition we intend to recognize the filmmakers from Guadalajara who have transcended in the cinematographic medium for the quality of their productions and the great legacy they have left for new generations.

IMMERSIVE ACTIVATION RONIC
Every day, 10:00 to 19:00 hrs
- A vibrant and colorful game inspired by the Candy Crush game projected on a large surface (approx. 10 m), where between 4 and 6 players compete in real time.
- This interactive video mapping game invites participants to combine and explode the shiny gems in an action-packed dynamic of approximately 1 to 2 minutes.
- As players work together to achieve the highest score, the movements of their hands or devices control the elements of the projected game, creating an immersive and exciting experience that challenges both the speed and strategy of the players.
